Yes, you can download coupons as much as you want.

Can I download the same coupon but many times?

Sorry, our system does not allow it. You need to use another email to download the same coupon.

I accidentally deleted the coupon, can I retrieve it back?

Yes; you can email to [email protected] and we can resend your vouchers immediately.

What happens if the merchant rejects my coupons?

Please call our Local Support Manager at 0979 58 77 44, they will solve the problem directly with suppliers

What happens if the merchant ceases operations before I am able to redeem the voucher?

If the merchant were to cease its operation before you are able to redeem the coupon, we will find other coupons which offer the same value to you.

I download coupons, so how to redeem my products or services?

Once you received the e-coupons, you can print it and bring it along to the merchant’s location to enjoy your deal. Please bring along printed coupons for verification purposes.

Why have I not received my coupons?

Am I able to change the name on the voucher as I am purchasing the voucher for my friend?
