What is a no show?

If, for whatever reason, you do not arrive at your designated meeting point at the time you have booked your transfer, without previously informing, you will be considered as 'no show'. No shows predominantly arise as a result of the following: mis-information supplied by clients, or changing/amending/missing or rebooking flights and not informing of these changes.

Clients who arrive unexpectedly through no fault of, expecting a transfer, will be made to re-book and pay the full amount for this new transfer.

If I need to cancel my booking, will I pay a cancellation fee?

If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, please visit the link provided in the confirmation email, send us an email, or call us before you leave.

Please note cancellations MUST BE made 72 hours in advance in writing (email) and confirmed to avoid cancellation fees.

Private transfer: Your payment, less a $4 US administration and bank fee, will be refunded.

Shared transfer: Your deposit is Non Refundable

For cancellations made less than 72 hours before your transfer is due you will be expected to make the full payment.

In the event of a No Show, reserves the right to charge up to the full amount of a booking

What happens if my journey details change prior to departure?

Should your journey details change prior to departure simply contact us on + 84 979 58 77 44, or email us at [email protected] with your new details and we will update your booking accordingly at FREE CHARGE
