Our group is staying at different hotels, do you charge extra for additional drop-off locations?

No, it is door to door service. It is totally FREE

Can I add an additional passenger(s) to my existing reservation?

Yes you can. Please email to Customer Support to amend your booking and make any additional payments if necessary.

What if I make a mistake in my reservation?

Don't worry. Simply get in touch with the Yourlocalbooking.com team by emailing [email protected] and we will make the necessary amendments.

I would like to book for today/ tonight?

We only accept online bookings up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Any reservations required after this deadline has passed are strictly subject to availability and must be made by calling our head office directly. However, you can go to our branch to book and make a payment. We only accept cash for this case

How much in advance should I order a Shared airport transfer?

You must be ordered at least 3 days in advance.

When is the latest I can book Private airport transfer?

Yourlocalbooking.com will accept internet bookings up to 24 hours in advance of your due travel date if you are travelling on a week day; or 48 hours for a weekend.

It is highly recommended to book as early as possible, as we occasionally have to block out certain dates and/or times due to running out of transportation vehicle availability.

Should I put our flight arrival / departure times down taking on your time difference?

You should provide us with the times as shown on your flight tickets, without modifying.

All pick-up times will be calculated automatically and confirmed to you on your booking voucher.

You must check the details on the voucher as soon as you receive it. Please notify us of any errors immediately as it may not be possible to make changes later. As a booking agent of the Supplier, we will forward your service booking request to the Supplier.

Please check the date, time and location on your voucher or subsequent e-mail communication from us for the pickup details of your transport service. You must ensure that the arrival time at the departure airport allows you to arrive least 10 minutes before the check-in desk opens (not closes) and under no circumstances less than two hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.

What happens when I make a reservation?

Once you complete your booking, the details are sent electronically to you and the supplier who will make the appropriate arrangements according to the information input on the booking.

Before 3 days, the system will send to you the reminder letter and reconfirm your arrival time if you book private transfer service. In case, you use shared transfer service, the system will send you a letter to inform how many guests will share with you on that day and how much money you need to pay more (deposit is down payment)

The supplier cannot be held responsible for errors in service due to incorrect information provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking on the voucher prior to travel and inform us as soon as possible if there are any errors.

How long must I wait for my shared transport? (Hoi An- Da Nang)

Please note that maximum waiting time for shared transfer is one hour from the time you exit the baggage reclaim hall and locate the supplier representative. The supplier will try to keep waiting times to a minimum. Any complaints received regarding a waiting time of less than one hour will not be considered.

How to book Shared Airport Transfer

Step 4: Outstanding fare is charged due to 3 days before the pickup date

Please note that your deposit is down payment and NON REFUNDABLE.

Upon 3 days of arrival, the system will send you the reminder letter to confirm again and inform you how many people will share with you and the outstanding fare. This fare depends on how many passengers share with you on the arrival date. The more people share with you, the more money you save.
